Our Club Courses are a great way to boost your confidence, hone your skills and ensure a safe and stress-free start to your holiday. Whether you’ve just bought your first campervan or just want to brush up on your towing know-how, we have a course that’s right for you. We have course locations in the north, midlands and south west, so you’ll be sure to find one that’s convenient for you.Motorhome Manoeuvres
Whether it’s a campervan or an RV, there are things to think about when driving a larger vehicle. On the day, there’ll be a classroom presentation, a one-to-one driving session and practical off-road exercises. You’ll learn:
• About the implications of driving a larger vehicle
• How to reverse confidently
• How to safely load your motorhome
The course costs £160 for members and £185 for non-members.
Confidence Builder (Caravans)
Perfect for first-time caravanners or anyone returning after a break. You’ll have a one-to-one driving session with an instructor, who will assess your driving and give you advice and tips while on the move. You will also learn how to:
• Load your caravan safely
• Level your caravan
• Hitch and unhitch
• Manoeuvre through a slalom course
The course costs £160 for members and £185 for non-members.
Pitch & Progress (Caravans)
A great follow-on course if you’ve done the Confidence Builder or if you’re already used to towing. The focus in this course is a 2.5 hour one-to-one session out on the road with an instructor. Your route will include:
• Hill starts
• Narrow roads
• Motorways or dual carriageways
• Pitching on site
The course costs £175 for members and £200 for non-members.
Two-day courses
New for 2022, you can now book a Confidence Builder and Pitch & Progress course on the same weekend. Not only will this 2-day course equip you with all the skills you’ll need, whether out on the road or pitching on site, but you’ll also get a 25% discount at nearby Kingsbury Water Park Club Site.Discount on your insurance?
